Central Heating Service and Maintenance

Today's HVAC systems are much more involved than they used to be. Complicated systems require technicians with appropriate skill and expertise. Based on customer satisfaction surveys, we understand that rising service rates mean that Central Heating can only employ the most qualified technicians in our service sector. Customers surveyed said that before they started using Central Heating and Air Conditioning, they tried various companies with slightly cheaper service rates, only to find that the time wasted on wrong diagnosis, service, and repair invalidated the supposed savings ---- and even cost more, in some cases.

At Central Heating & Air Conditioning Co., our ongoing mission is to provide top end service. We vow to have your problem diagnosed in the first half hour (in most cases 10 minutes!) of a service call, or you won't pay for extra time. Below are some typical rates for service and maintenance.

Service Rates

• Service call - $69.00 includes travel to your home and the diagnosis when the repair is performed. We charge by the job, not by the hour, in order to save your money.
• Service -We charge by the job, not by the hour, TO SAVE YOU MONEY!! It is based on a national flat rate system
• Upon client acceptance of work our technicians immediately begin working on the problem.
• Precision Tune-ups for cooling or heating are $139.00

Service Contract Rates

• Heat only - $119.00
• Includes (1) annual visit performing a 20-point Precision Tune-up
• 15% off all parts and labor in the event of a break down while under 1 year contract
• Guaranteed no breakdowns due to a lack of maintenance while under 1 year contract
• Heat & A/C - $209.00
• Includes (2) annual visits performing a 20-point Precision Tune-up on both the heating and cooling systems
• 15% off all parts and labor in the event of a breakdown while under our one (1) year contract
• Guaranteed no breakdowns due to a lack of maintenance while under 1 year contract
• Ancillary items
• To add items such as air cleaners, humidifiers, or water heaters to service contract call for pricing
